Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms and understand I have the right to refuse work.

GENERAL
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission, for any reason.- I will not work with people who are bigoted in any way. If you fall under basic DNI criteria (racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.), I will not accept a commission from you and you will be blocked.- Some designs may be slightly simplified to fit my style. If this is not okay with you, please communicate that with me!

PAYMENT
- I can only take payment through PayPal and Ko-Fi.- Full payment must be sent upfront before I start work.- Please only send payment once given the go-ahead.

REFUNDS
- You may request a refund if your commission is not complete within 5 months.- Other than the above situation, or if a circumstance arises where I cannot complete the commission, I do not offer refunds. Please only commission me if you can afford it.

LICENSING AND USE
- Once you have received your completed commission, you are free to use it as you wish. This includes profile pictures / icons, banners, etc. All I ask is that you credit me!- Commercial use is not prohibited.- You may not use any art by me, including commissions, adopts, and custom designs, to train AI or make NFTs.- Adopts & custom designs can be altered, as long as I am still given credit for the original design.- Adopts & customs can be resold for their initial value + added value of extra art, as long as credit is provided and the new owner(s) are made aware of my TOS.- I reserve the right to post commissioned work, and use it in portfolios. If you are not comfortable with this, let me know!

COMMUNICATION
- I will contact you to inquire about any desired corrections & changes thrice: once when I have completed the sketch, again when I have completed the lineart, and finally when I have completed the flat colour.- Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns, or to request an update, at any time! I usually respond swiftly.- However, please be patient with me! I have a life outside of art & social media and may take some time to respond or provide an update.- It is easiest to contact me through Discord or Twitter DMs.
